libforest-perl software package provides collection of N-ary tree related modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libforest-perl
libforest-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libforest-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libforest-perl *
You will get with libforest-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
